Help me pick a date!

I'm trying to pick a time to go in May and I can't decide. Would you choose May 5-10 or May 10-15? I was originally going to book the 5-10, but I'm not sure about Mothers Day. Also, I read something about "press nights" that could coincide with the 50th celebration. I would hate to have certain areas restricted because of a press event. If anyone can give further insight, that would be great. I've been going back and forth and I can't decide. It's driving me nuts!

The 50th event kicks off on the 5th...I think I would chose the later trip. With so many things starting/kikcing off on the 5th, that will give them the extra days to work out any kinks.
