Help me pack..leaving in 11 days with two small children!!

Ok I need help. I plan on making a run to the store on Friday when the kids are at MMO (ds3 and dd9 months)! So far I know I need mini muffins, fruit snacks, formula, baby food, baby snacks, diapers, wipes, batteries, ziploc bags. What else????

My plan is to put diapers and wipes in a ziploc under each stroller so we can just grab and go when needed. Any other tips for a mom with two in diapers...still! We will be staying at the Poly.

I've used this packing list for our last 4 trips with kids - definitely helps me stay organized and helps avoid forgetting essentials.

I usually set aside an area in the house to set out everything I plan to bring, starting a few weeks before we leave. That way when I think of something random, I set it aside right away, instead of intending to do it later and forgetting.

Also, I like to pack a ziplock bag with a full change of clothes for each child. I carry that in my backpack for the day in case we have any accidents.

I do this too. I use either a laundry basket or a big Rubbermaid tote box and put stuff in there as I accumulate it. I keep my list on a clipboard in the box as well.

Also, ziplocs with everything you might need in a restaurant..disposable bib, wipes, disposable sippy, baby spoon, special snacks or etc..

When we left for the parks I would count out how many of each ziploc we needed. Restaurant, diaper, change of clothes and throw them in a bag we stashed in the stroller.

Sunscreen, anti-bac hand gel, Clorox wipes (I saw travel packs at Target last week), anti-bac wipes (like Wet Ones, also in travel packs at Target).

Also, the gallon ziplocs are hand for packing tiny clothes. You can pack an outfit in each bag or put all of a kid's socks or panties in a bag. It makes it so much easier to find things.

I took the 4 packing lists that others suggested imported them all and printed them ot started going through everything and taylored it to my fam's needs. can send it via email. Just pm me if you want it.

Also I am sending a box to the resort so it lessens the load, and lowers cost of incidentals when we get there. getting the ziplocks bags is great for everthing. two sizes gallon and quart sizes.

good luck I know I am having a hard time and can't come up with a park pag I like have to shop on friday.
