Ok, so I love the podcast. But the 2 shows a week just does not fill my hour of walking to work and back each day.

So, let me stress I think the DIS is #1, but I am looking for other weekly pod casts along the same lines. Anyone know of any?

Also looking for a place to download the Disney TV stuff, like the Discovery channel specials and so forth.

Thanks for the help guys.

You can look on Mousebits or Itunes for the Discovery Shows and other interesting videos, audios, etc.

As far as podcasts just do a search on Itunes. These are the ones I listen to:
Be our Guest podcast
All About the Mouse
WDW today
Inside the Magic

I am sure there are a bunch more.

Hope this helps
Cathy

I like Meandering Mouse, WDW Today, and WDW Radio podcasts too. But the DIS is the best!

The first one I found before the DIS was The Laughing Place, its a similar format. I also listen to WDW today, they have some interesting discussions, but I wouldn't trust their information. They have answered a lot of listener questions incorrectly, that I have heard.

Also, I haven't listened to it yet but I met the guy that does the Mouse Planet pod cast while waiting in line at the Adventurers club on Saturday night, so I thought I'd give that one a try.

Besides the DIS Unplugged I listen to WDW Radio Show (Lou Mongello) and MDP with Nathan Rose and Jim Hill.

I also like the DIS format the best.

Ok, so I'm a podcast nerd. I listen to DisUnplugged, Character Breakfast, All About The Mouse, MouseGuest Weekly, Trapped on Vacation, Meandering Mouse, WDW Today, WDW Radio, Inside the Magic, WDW Audio Adventures.

I love the Dis. They give you the straight facts and I love the bantor.
Character Breakfast comes out every other week. There's several people and sometimes is quirky but I love'em anyways.
All About the Mouse is good and informative and a bit zany at times.
MouseGuest Weekly does segments and has fun polls on rides or restaurants
Trapped on Vacation is a hoot. The guy (can't give real name cause he works for Disney) is funny and loves his beer. He really gives some good insight. I can't figure out where he works but I think it's behind the scenes. He's young and hip.
Meandering Mouse really meanders thru the parks. It's more about experiencing it thru your head phones. Now he's been branching out to Tokyo and Hong Kong but I love it when he's in Epcot. He started the Disney Podcast Network which hosts like 10 podcasts. There's no listener emails or restaurant reviews. Just alot of ambient Disney sounds with a little commentary.
WDW Today 3 times a week for 20 minutes each. Can get crazy. Very entertaining. Mostly into trip planning.
WDW Radio with Lou Mongello. It's a long show but it's for the total Disney enthusiast. You will get more info on a place or an area than you ever thought about asking. He's not really about planning you trip, he's about the details of why disney is so cool.
Inside The Magic based in Orlando also. Lots of segments, indepth on new rides or look back at retired attraction. You won't get bored because of the format. It's like a magazine pocast with features, stories, in depth articles, what's new and hot. He also recently started a new magazine that's doing really well.
WDW Audio Adventures isn't really a podcast but rather mp3's of your favorite in park music. Like he had all of the MNSSHP, P&P music along with backgrounds/soundtracks from various rides and background music. I like to listen while I'm unwinding like now or when I'm getting about going to a special party like MNSSHP.

I listen to a few others but am sporadic with them. What ever you do when you one to try listen to 3 episodes before deciding that it's not for you.

I too want more more more DIS!! I just don't think I can listen to anyone esle :confused3

I'm with you. It'd kinda hard to listen to anyone else after youve been spoiled by the best. (ok kinda kiss uppy i know.)
But I tried to listen to the WDW radio show and couldn't stand it. I'de rather listen to old episodes of the DisUnplugged or Wait Wait don't tell me.
