I haven't been to Universal in years, and am just starting to plan a new trip. I see posts talking about a $99 7 day ticket, but don't see the info on the main website. Is that something that is just a special offer and not available to the general public? Also, what is the best rate going for rooms these days? I am not an AP holder, but am a member of AAA.

This is a promotion that had been available for about the past 5 years. It ended the end of January.

You need to call for the best AAA rates.

guess I should have known...always a day late and a dollar short!! I will call AAA to check.

I have seen this offer forever and i also found out today it ended as well.

if anyone has any good AAA rates to share that would help ; )

Most of the AAA's in Columbus Ohio still have them available also. My friend just bought tickets last week. The lady at AAA said they still had a lot left, but as spring cames they figured they would go quickly.
I would just call around your area and see what you can find. You do have to have AAA to buy them though, I think.

I just called our local AAA and they had never heard of the $99 tickets (not surprised, they are rather clueless in so many ways).

I was quoted the following prices (I'm sure it varies by club), which are about the same as the internet ticket prices on the Universal website:

Universal 7 Day-2 Park Adult Ticket -- Your Price: $160.00
Universal 3 Day-2Park Adult ticket -- Your Price: $135.00
Universal 1 Day - 1 Park Adult Ticket -- Your Price: $80.00

It has been posted on the other board that there is a two week pass that you can purchase for $129 but it is only available by calling.

It might have been the week before. It wa right after I found out I missed out on the kroger deal [oy!] She was like 'that ended 2 weeks ago'. DUH. Thanks lady.

Can I call Columbus OH and have them sent do you think? Anyone do that? Thanks.

Trish

I dont know if they will mail them or not but I would say it is worth a try. The location we go to is located in Reynoldsburg ohio. It would be worth a shot for the savings.
