Help me on worth of a few things...

I happen to have a couple extra Jungle Cruise Tent Rooms ( I think that is what they are called) and trying to figure out their worth.. My daughter really wants an Animal Kingdom Room but from the looks of it they are worth more than the Tent Rooms so I don't think anyone would do a room for room trade??

Then I really want to try to get Top Hat, 4th of July Hat, Peter Pan Hat and one with Bird on it for myself.. About what amount of credits are these items worth on the trading market?

And lastly are the pins that come with the pack you get on the DL quest valuable?

Which pins would that be? the virtual Frontierland Adventureland and Fantasyland ones? Because those are rare.
