HELP! Me get started

Oh, HOW I want to lose weight and get into shape. Every morning I say TODAY is the day! Then I eat way too much!! I need a little jump start. There seem to be so many threads onhere. i don't know where to get started!

Welcome to WISH!
My advice if you already have not decided, is to just pick one of these threads and jump in. Newbies are always welcome and extra help is usually readily available.

If you have a plan, there are threads dealing with many of the plans. If not, my advise is to shop around for a program/style that you think would work for you. Try it on for a bit and see how it works. The important thing is to make those healthy choices for you and make a commitment to yourself to do this. That is the biggest start.

Good luck with it all and come often post lots. Let us know how you are doing.

I'm new to the W.I.S.H boards myself, but people here have been really helpful and supportive. See if maybe weight watchers is something you might like to do. Personally, I am on nutrisystems it keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Welcome to WISH. :wave2: I really hope you make TODAY the day. You can do it!

I do WW's and love it. I go to meetings and find the commitment to go each week keeps me in line. I like the structure of knowing how much I can eat and when I have to stop. I love eating real everyday food and that nothing is off limits.

Good luck on finding a program and just jump in.
