Help me find the miracle whip recipe

The Atkins friendly miracle whip recipe, I can't find it. Darn that search

My husband is being grumpy because I made the mistake of telling him while we were in TX that I had access to a recipe to Miracle Whip, which he misses desperately.

Now, I can't find the recipe and he just asked <i>again</i>.

Who can help me?

Katholyn, I think they're probably the recipes I posted awhile back, and since I have them right here, I'll just post them again. I use the one with lemon juice and haven't tried the other one, but I'm posting them both so you have a choice. I hope your hubby likes them.

Mayonnaise to Miracle Whip I

1 c. mayo
1/2 t. salt
1 pkt. Splenda
2 T. lemon juice

Combine and let it sit at room temperature 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge to blend the flavors. Note: I usually omit the salt or cut it way back, but that's up to you.

1 t. white vinegar
1/2 t. Splenda

Combine and let it sit at room temperature 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge to blend the flavors.
