ok before you do that let me tell you my story.
I bought my 3yo son a Vsmile pocket for Christmas last year. He loved it. 1 week later, it broke.
I contacted the company and they hemmed and hawed around on the warranty. They eventually sent a new one. It broke....
I called the company again. They asked me to mail it to them and they would examine it and determine whether or not it was covered under warranty. I did send it, with a tracking number to prove they received it. They claimed they never received it, even after I sent the delivery confirmation proof to them. I got passed around the two or three different people who would always promise to look into it. After awhile I gave up.
Meanwhile, my 3yo was throwing a fit. In a moment of extreme weakness, I bought him a new one. Really Really dumb. I think that one lasted about a month.
I pitched it and didn't even try.
edit to add: yes, I just went and read some of the
Amazon reviews. Those are exactly the issues we had.
