Help me fill in some blanks in the vacation

I realize we don't get it ALL done. but I want to at least go to each park and do something there or I would regret not going at all. and i can't decide between BB & TL...we want to swim with sharks but love thrilling water slides and BB seems to have more of that. i really wish we had more time but we can't afford more hotel days or to take time off work. plus flights are already booked anyways.

monday:
arrive, MGM (around 1:30)

tuesday:
day time - epcot or MK - which one?
evening - ??? Maybe DTD or the Boardwalk?

wed:
day - TL (from 10-3)
evening - MK (extra hours, wishes) (5-???)

thurs:
day - BB (from 10-2)
evening - Epcot (extra hours, illuminations) (4-???)

fri:
Islands of Adventure ( I know pressed for time but DH really wants to go) (10-4)
evening - ??? Should we go to a park after IOA or just rest?

sat:
Animal Kingdom (extra morning hour)
evening - DTD/PI

Sunday:
DQ, Depart

If it comes down to only picking 1 water park, I'd go w/ TL. You'll be able to swim w/ the sharks. Also, they just opened the crush n gusher. It is 3 new slides that are "water coasters". There have been some great reviews on them. I think they add some of the thrill factor into TL.
