So far I have:
Bob Duallie Revo
Peg Perego P3
Mountain Buggy Urban Single
Something new?

We will be staying at the GC and will have a just turned 3yo and a 6mo. I was going to buy a Micralite Superlite but then realized that it didn't have much of a canopy and no leg rest if they fell asleep. My 3yo has boundless amounts of energy but she will want a break sometimes. I have carriers (Boba, Beco, Moby, woven wraps) and could wear the 6mo while she is in the stroller if need be. I'm torn between taking the Duallie (because we will be doing a lot of walking outside of the park too) or finding a lightweight stroller.

I was looking at the Valco Quad, but not in love with the fold or the price. I like the Micralite Toro, but ideally would like it to cost less than 150 if possible and I'm from the land of Gracos on craigslist :)

What are your thoughts? We won't be shopping in the stores at Disney if at all, but would the Duallie be too bulky for just around DL?

Good point about the airlines and the stroller. I don't need the stroller through the airport, so I wonder if I checked it and padded the bag enough, it would be okay?

We do our Peg Perego P3 and a cheapo umbrella. For the most part, our now 4yr old will walk (though she has weak muscles so she doesn't keep up as much as other 4yr olds) and now 2yr old dd. The umbrella will tuck in the back of the P3 so we just have to roll 1 around most of the time. If we want to rush to the other side of the park or want DD4 to rest a little, we'll pull out the umbrella. Our last trip, they were almost 4 and 1.5... When they were almost 3 and 6mo, we did the same and also had a front carrier for the 6mo old.

Our Revo Duallie was busted twice -- once the axle was bent and the other a valet tried to collapse it without releasing that red strap on the bottom. Be careful!

I wouldn't buy anything new unless you are dead set on having two strollers to be able to split up. The Revo Duallie is the best for maneuverability and will slide smoothly even through tight spots. Or any of your other options will do. No reason to spend more money on a stroller.

I would bring the least expensive one (it will be left in stroller parking for long periods of time) that is comfortable for the kids to sit in for long periods of time. We brought the sit and stand for my 2 and 6 yr olds when we went. It is a lot of walking and my 6 yr old would take regular breaks.

I would either bring the Bob or get a Baby Jogger City Mini Double. I think a 3 yo is going to want to ride a lot and you'll tire quickly of carrying the 6 month old on long park days.

FWIW, I've gate-checked my Phil and Teds (and brought it to DLR) multiple times and it hasn't been damaged.

What about a sit n stand? That is what I am looking into.

We were there in June and my kids were about the same age. My older child generally walks and I was unsure if he would stay inside a stroller. I himmmed and hawwed and then decided to buy this stroller. It is a double stroller that converts to a sit and stand. We haven't converted it to a "stand" yet. My older child sits in the front and the baby sits in the back. It has been the best investment. I planned to sell it on Craig's List when we got home but we use it all the time. Shopping, vacations, State Fair, amusement parks, etc. It is light enough that I can maneuver one handed while holding the baby. I was able to easily park it in any of the designated areas in the park. It doesn't folded very small but it was enough to take on the shuttle bus.

I took my 3yo and 1 1/2 year old last June and just brought the Unbrella stroller for the baby. I was So thankful I didn't bring my double because trying to get through crowds would have been impossible and getting on and off the ART would have been miserable. Some of the time we parked the stroller and let the baby walk. My 3yo was way too excited to sit and she amazingly had no problems with the walking (on a Disneyland high I suppose). Just make sure your stoller is easy to push and has a basket under for bottles of water and the diaperbag. It's all a personal choice I just felt bad for those moms I saw trying to get through crowds driving their expensive bus-like strollers and packing tons of luggage. The less that goes in the less you have to pack for miles. The kids are enough of a handful! :flower3:
