Help me figure out what order to book my ADRs

My ADR date is coming up soon and I need some help trying to figure out what order I should try to book my ADRs. Here is what we are hoping for:
12/31 Biergarten late dinner
1/2 Sanaa dinner
1/3 Crystal palace 8am (PPO)
1/3 HDDR @ 6:15
1/5 'Ohana late breakfast (10:45ish)
1/6 Le Cellier dinner

We are a party of 6.

I would book you CP PPO first. I think the others will be okay. Le Cellier used to be very difficult but since the credit increase and higher prices, it is not as hard to book, but it would still be my second after CP>

I am thinking CP or Ohana first followed by HDDR.

definitely try CP first, but please keep in mind with it being towards the beginning part of your trip and others having had access to that date already it might be hard to get PPO.

This is how I would prioritize if it were me. For HDDR, the 6:15 is the most popular time of the 3 available for that ADR. If you decide to do a different time, I would move it down the list.

Also I put Ohana at #3 because it's breakfast. If you change it to lunch or especially dinner then I would move it up to #1 on the list.

Thanks! CP PPO first is what I was thinking. We also do have the possibility to flip our ADRs between 1/3 and 1/5. Both are MK days.
I am assuming Biergarten on NYE could be tough just because it's NYE. But do you think it makes sense to try to lock in CP and Ohana, then Biergarten? If we can't get Biergarten, I'm ok with that. HDDR is the #1 must do according to my kids, and Le Cellier is a must do for me, it will be on DH & my 10th wedding anniversary . And Sanaa we just added in bc we want to try it, but i wish I had more info about Animal Kingdom actual park hours / night time shows so I could plan better.
