Help me figure out our last night!

Hi All, as some may know we haven’t been back to WDW in 12 years and haven’t been in November in forever. We always stay at an Epcot area resort for first half and a MK resort for the back half And we ALWAYS spend our last evening at MK itself. I realized, after extrapolation from the last time they held MVMCP that our last night is likely to be on a Sunday where the CP could be happening. We won’t want to spend the money, we did it once years ago and no need again. So what to do? Our other VERY favorite thing to do is Cirque and we haven’t seen the new show but they are dark on Sunday. Groan! So what to do? We could have a nice dinner. Anyway love to hear suggestions. This is a no kids or grandkids, just us old folks! Thanks

Visit each monorail resort for a drink or a snack or a stroll after dinner at your favorite monorail resort restaurant?
