So, I've been on a diet for the past month and have lost just about 30lbs (another 30 or so to go). Most of it was real quick, and I attribute that to water weight. I have since been eating basically nothing but healthy stuffs. Salads, turkey sandwiches on wheat, etc, etc... with extreme portion control. I have never done any of this before, and it's quite a big deal for me to not stray too much. Metabolism is quite important during this phase of where I'm at. I had always been just a lunch and dinner guy, so it's weird eating two more times per day, but it's workin :banana: Been getting exercise too, which is starting to pay off.

Anyway, the point of this is, I need help with what I've planned out for my trip coming up the weekend after next. In particular, I am looking for some good snacks. My diet now includes : breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.

Here is what I have lined up so far :

Saturday -- Travel -- 9+ hour drive -- Embassy Suites
----------
breakfast -- nutrigrain bar
lunch -- turkey sandwich
snack -- fruit, and pretzels
dinner -- Black Angus or maybe Rainforest Cafe

Sunday -- MK -- 9AM -> 1AM -- Coronado Springs
---------
breakfast -- Pepper Market -- breakfast skillet less the bacon -- QS
lunch -- Columbia Harbour House -- Anchors Aweigh Sandwich -- QS
snack -- Sunshine Tree Terrace -- Citrus Swirl -- maybe two of these throughout the day, they really are that good :)
dinner -- ESPN Club -- ESPN Dingers, hotter the better. Can they grill these instead of breading/frying them?

Monday -- Epcot -- 9AM -> 9PM -- Coronado Springs
---------
breakfast -- Maya Grill -- Buffet -- Cereals and fruits
lunch -- Sunshine Seasons Food Court -- Turkey & Muenster Cheese Sandwich / maybe something else -- QS
snack -- ??
dinner -- Sommerfest -- Bratwurst and a soft Pretzel -- QS
drinks -- Rose and Crown Pub -- Boddingtons I believe -- till fireworks, etc

Tuesday -- DHS -- 9AM -> 10PM -- Coronado Springs
----------
breakfast -- Pepper Market -- breakfast skillet less the bacon -- QS
lunch -- Catalina Eddie's -- Hot Italian Deli Sandwich -- QS
snack -- ??
dinner -- Studio Catering Co. -- Chicken Caesar Wrap

Saturday -- Travel -- 9+ hour drive
breakfast -- Pepper Market -- no idea
lunch -- no idea
dinner -- whatever I normally have at home

So, I was a football noob and scheduled this vacation on Superbowl Sunday. I need a place to watch the Saints win, so this is why I have ESPN Club there. I can miss Wishes this time around ;). I am open to other suggestions to watch the Superbowl on-site. Also, I have no idea how I am gonna even get there and back to CSR yet. I need to research that.

Most of what is up there is pretty "ok". I know some things are splurgy, but I think I'll survive. I am open to whatever suggestions you might have on alternatives. I've always had tableservice and junkfood. I do have two more snack slots open as well, for Epcot and DHS. I figure I'll probably just get the rest in drinks, but I definitely need to fill in at least 2 food snacks.

I've seen and done quite a lot of WDW. So planning around dinning isn't a problem for me. If I miss something I wanted to see this time around, I've probably already done it, and there is always the next trip :)

This is my first solo trip too :thumbsup2
