Help me design a tee

My family is going on our first ever family vacation. Were going to mackinaw, St.ignace, and mackinaw city. We will stop at Build your buddy so I want to make shirts for our new critter freinds. I have NO CLUE on a design for the shirts or any idea how to get the design on the shirt (and make it look good). Our "crew" is: DM- 49 DA-49 DC- 10 DC-9 Me- 25. I know the back will say "Our family vacation 2010."
