Help me decide where to stay!

I have a delimma, and what a wonderful delimma to have I am trying to plan our next trip and can't decided where to stay. We are taking our kids (DD3.5 and DS2) to WDW for DS's 3rd birthday in Late February / early March. We took DD last year for her 3rd birthday and stayed at BCV and absolutely LOVED it! We also just went on a quick trip with the kids a few weeks ago and stayed at our home resort - AKL which we love as well. Now, I'm planning our trip for DS's birthday and can't decide where to say. I need to take a vote. DH and I are going back in October without the kids and staying at BC again. I really don't want to stay there in Feb/Mar because it may be a bit chilly to swim and that's half the reason to stay at BC!!! I'm leaning towards Kidani but not sure. Input please!!!

And while we're at it, help me decide WHEN to go. His birthday is March 19 but I know that's crazy spring break time. Is early March a bad time to go too? Never been at that time of the year. Thinking about going around Mardi Gras (I'm in Louisiana).

We went the first week of March 2008. The crowds weren't too bad - they started picking up the last weekend we were there. I'd go before he turns 3 so you don't have to buy him a ticket.

I stayed at VWL in May with my kids, 5 and 2, and absolutely loved it. I didn't think I was going to like the theme (I prefer more tropical), but now I'm thinking of booking it for our next trip in Feb 2010. I've never stayed at AK but would like to try it.
