On my upcoming trip I am deviating from my typical "first day" routine!

We arrive late the night of March 23rd and usually the 24th would have us going to MK for rope drop. However, March 25th is my 25th birthday and I want my first trip to MK to be on my bday.

Plus, because of the late arrival (flight lands at 11:40pm) I figured we would want a relaxed morning.

My original plan was to go to the Kona Cafe, but we have had so many service issues there in our past three trips that I'm not sure I'm willing to risk it (even for the drool-worthy pineapple macadamia pancakes!).

We have never tried Boma, for breakfast or for dinner, but I've heard fantastic things, and I'm really intrigued by the goat cheese scrambled eggs. Does Boma's breakfast menu work on a rotational schedule like dinner? What kinds of things are usually offered?

My DMom & DDad have been to Wolfgang Puck Express for breakfast before and they said the breakfast pizza was one of the best things they ever ate! I'm also tempted by the Chocolate Chip Belgian Waffles or the Crispy Corn Flake French Toast!

Then there is our tried and true breakfast favorite...Cracker Barrel! We don't have these in Canada (:scared1:) and having breakfast here (even if it is often breakfast for dinner) is a vacation tradition.

What do you guys think I should do? Or do you have other breakfast suggestions? Thanks!

We ate breakfast there for the first time in Dec and LOVED it. My DH is not a big breakfast person, but said he would return

We really enjoyed Boma for breakfast, but nothing that really stood out, so I voted Wolfgang Puck Express "The Cornflake French Toast" :worship: is too die for. Everything we had there was wonderful, we visited 4 times in one trip. Cannot beat the fact it's a CS and if paying out of pocket, very reasonable.

I've only been to WPE for lunch and dinner but everything has always been really good so I would choose that one.

Love, love, love the breakfast at Boma. Well worth the trip out to AKL! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I recommend it to all of my friends/family heading to WDW!

If MK is your favorite park and you arrive on the 23rd, you will be rested for the 25th. Maybe an early ADR in the MK at Crystal Palace or CRT. I love to get in the parks before they open for early breakfast ADRs.

I picked other. Since you will be in MK I thought maybe the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare or 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch or the Castle would be my pick on my birthday.

:thumbsup2Boma:thumbsup2...outstanding breakfast (we hated dinner there, but breakfast was a totally different experience.)

There are all the usual "american" breakfast foods, but also many other choices for those with adventurous tastes.

Those special eggs are delicious, by the way.

I voted Boma. Kona disappointed us as well. After trying Boma, we wanted to eat there EVERY morning.

I will say that WPE breakfast menu has always sounded delicious to me, and I did see pics somewhere of some things that looked delicious. I will also say that we have easy access to Cracker Barrel and it rarely disappoints!
