I have NOT stayed recently at any of these so what I'm writing is based on secondhand info.
Sheraton Vistana Resort and Vacation Village at Parkway are probably a toss-up. Both are nice places, with mostly newer rooms, but some older ones. Celebration World would be a step down - newer overall but far fewer amenities, with mixed reviews (some quite negative, including overbookings of rentals which were sent to a substandard LaQuinta hotel).
At Vistana, the
1BR units are mostly in the relatively newer sections of the resort. There's a king bed in MBR and you'll have a washer/dryer in the room but most have no jacuzzi tub. The bathroom is reached through the MBR. This large resort has, by far, the most pools and the most activities of all the resorts you've listed. A few of the pools are very large and pretty with waterfalls, shallow entry areas, etc. It's only about a mile from DTD. Nice place. We were there in a 2BR about 5 years ago and loved the resort amenities but the 1BRs can be rather small. If that's okay with you, you'd probably like the resort itself.
Vacation Village has 2BR units which are lock-offs of two
1BR units. The "A" side 1BR is the larger, better unit, with full kitchen, spacious rooms, king bed, jacuzzi tub. The "B" side 1BR has a mini-kitchen w/smaller appliances, BR w/queen bed, standard bath which may be reached from a common hallway. All 1BRs supposedly have an inroom washer/dryer. Reviews of this resort are generally favorable and it's just outside the maingate entrance to Disney property, in Kissimmee, maybe a mile from the All Stars. The pools are supposedly very nice, though without waterfalls or other special features. Few resort activities otherwise. If you get a 1BR w/full kitchen, you'd probably really enjoy your stay here.
HTH!
