Help me decide....Christmas Book!

I am going to make a family Christmas advent book with different things to celebrate/read on each day until Christmas. I am thinking that it will be something we read at dinner together. Here is my question:

Should I make this book uniform and use all the same kinds of papers throughout (such as all vintage or all more modern) or should I mix and match depending on the event/reading?

I would probably mix and match.....also a good way to maybe use up some of your scraps.

That's a really great idea! Is it something you plan to use every year? What a wonderful tradition - something your kids could even keep doing when they have kids (yeah, I'm getting ahead of myself!). I personally would prefer a consistent theme, and probably more classic/vintage style papers. Those never go out of style. I'd love to see pictures when you're done!
