Help me decide...Chef Mickey's or Garden Grill?

Thanks for all the replies. I think we will try CM because all of us are picky eaters and CM has more variety and we can pick and choose what want. We will save GG for another time. Maybe next time we go GG grill will have a different menu and the food will appeal to us more.

Mac and cheese was still there less than 3 weeks ago - our boys ate a ton of it!!! And we didn't ask for anything special - it just came with the kids' items. Like I said, others have reported getting the chicken nuggets and regular fries just by asking their server. I hope everyone doesn't give up!

yes thank you i did actually do a double check and noticed it was still on there. but i don't want to book on monday at out 180 mark and then in 6 months not be able to get the fries or nuggets. it may be that they are switching it over gradually to appease the people who booked it with the old menu.

I really don't understand the elimination of nuggets & fries from the menu causing people to change their plans. The mac & cheese & broccoli are just fine to eat even if the kiddos turn their nose up at the chicken & fries. There's ample opportunity for nuggets & fries all over WDW but you'll never get this quality of character interaction with it!

the only reason were changing it is due to the menu change. i hate that the kids are eating nuggets and fries for almost every meal for two weeks, but my kids wont eat mac and cheese in april at gg i ate it for them! lol and dd may eat a chicken leg, but ds hates chicken/meat/veggies. but if it's deep fried the child is on it! lol so for us theres no point in paying for food out kids wont eat, only to hear an hr later, mommy were hungry.

i love gg and reccomend it to many on here and many friends who travel to wdw. im really sad we wont be eating there this trip.

This is kinda off topic, but can the kids eat any of the food from the adult platter?? My kids love the steak they serve, but I don't want to get in trouble if they sneak a few bites!
