Help me choose which option.....

I am trying to decide which option to go with... We have free QS Dining but are considering upgrading to Regular Dining. The upgrade for 4 adults/2 kids (with tips factored in is about $285.) I need another set of eyes to help me decide. I personally think they are both good options, which is why I am having trouble.......

OPTION 1 - REGULAR DINING
DAY 1
Lunch at Caseys (this is our arrival day so we wouldn't eat until around 2PM)
7:10 PM Dinner at Ohana

DAY 2
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
Dinner at Wolfgang Pucks Express

Day 3
10:50 AM Breakfast at Ohana
Dinner at Columbia Harbor House

Day 4
11:05 AM Lunch at 50's Primetime
Dinner at Boardwalk Bakery or Starring Rolls(OOP)

Day 5
11:30 AM Lunch at Yak & Yeti (sit down)


OPTION 2
DAY 1
Lunch at Caseys


DAY 2
Lunch at Sunshine Seasons
Dinner at Wolfgang Pucks Express

Day 3
Lunch at Columbia Harbour House
Dinner at Contempo Cafe

Day 4
Lunch at Starring Rolls (sandwiches/sushi)
Dinner at Boardwalk Bakery

Day 5
Lunch at Yak & Yeti Counter

Taking money out of the equation...it looks like you have three full days and two partial days (arrival and departure). That's not a lot of time in the parks. When your put your TS in, that takes more time away. With just the QS, you have a little more flexibility and much more time to do the attractions.

For example, both Day 1 and Day 3, you're going outside the park for your TS. Ohana is close to MK, but there is still walking/monorail or boat travel time to get to it, your wait time for your ADR, eating, and then travel time back.

So, is your time worth that extra money for TS??

I prefer to have a sit down meal each day just to make us stop and slow down. I guess for me it would come down to what could I spend that money on if you didn't upgrade and how old the kids are.
