Help me Choose which Cali Grill Experience

I have 2 ADR's on 2 different nights. Should we do 7:25 pm in the middle of our trip with Hallowishes scheduled for 10:15 pm, or should we do 5:40 pm on our final night with normal Wishes scheduled at 8pm? Ugh I can't decide!! My fear with the 7:25 is that we will be done well before the fireworks start and I don't want to leave and come back to watch them, but I do like the idea of seeing the party fireworks over Wishes.

This is exactly what I would do. We try to book Narcoosses or CG on a party night if we are not going. If we are attending a party or f there are no parties scheduled, we try to book on our last night.

We are not attending the party and that's kind of what my line of thinking was, but do you think that 7:25 is too early to still be there when the fireworks start at 10:15? We are on the DxDDP so I do believe that dinner will take a little more time than normal since we will be having apps, entrees, and desserts, but is just shy of 3 hours too much of a stretch? I will add that if we did the 7:25 I have a back up Narcoosee's at 9:15 for our last night with MK closing at 11pm. Not sure if this is too late also for dinner.

No. CG can run late, and honestly with the full meal, your server will assist in timing. If you are done early, you will not have a huge block of time to kill while waiting, and if Wishes is earlier, you are golden.

I would keep Narcoosese if possible. The vantage point is lovely, and the food is good. You can try to check in early, but they may or may not be able to accommodate you.

I allow 2 hours for a signature dining experience, so 3 may be a little much. However, you never know how its running, so there are times when people are waiting, especially as you get closer to Wishes. I would keep it, and as I said, in the event you are finished dining, you could always explore the CR and then go back up to the observation deck. You will not have that much time to kill, IMO.
