Been having trouble with this post, so hopefully I'lll get it right this time.

We are 6 adults (four 20 somethings and two not so 20 somethings). We all enjoy a well prepared meal, but can only do three signature restaurants. Please help me decide.

You can choose up to three restaurants. Feel free to add comments, pros and cons. Top three vote getters will get our vote.

Thanks.

Good question! Me and DD18 are planning 3 sig. restaurants for our upcoming trip as well.
So far we have decided on Jiko (eaten there twice and loved it!) Citrico`s and Artists Point.
Would love to hear about the Flying Fish Cafe.

Tough call, but my favorite would be California Grill, especially for adults. We will try Narcoossee's in Sept. and we ate at Artist Point in March and loved it too. I would go on www.allearsnet.com and view the menus and then decide.
Good luck deciding.

We love FF, just ate there last Sunday night. DD (she's 7) and I sit at the open kitchen all of the time. I have this habit of getting a salad and the mussels (they're excellent). I've had the ravioli and the salmon, both excellent as well. The quality is great as is the service.

We also ate at JIKO on Monday night and after several other visits I finally tried the filet because I kept reading on these boards how great it is...well I've got to say it had to be one of the best IF NOT the best filet I've ever had. The flavor was just awesome and it was soooooo tender. When I went to cut into it I thought it would be raw, it was so soft (I prefer my meat mostly cooked, but not well)...it was good PERFECT and like so amazing!! The mac n cheese that comes with it is a perfect compliment to it...and don't forget their "signature" salad, the cucumber, tomatoe and onion salad, I get that everytime and it NEVER disappoints!! I do miss the monkfish though, but now that I had the filet that's my new favorite!! Their salmon is also very good as well.

WOW...I'm surprised at the results so far...knew that Artist Point was up there, but had no idea Jiko had so many followers...Would love to hear why you all chose Jiko.

Also, why California Grill as opposed to Citricos. Would love to hear about that too.

Thanks, guys, for the input so far.

Our two favorite places to dine at WDW are Jiko & California Grill. We always star with one of there fantastic flatbreads and then one of there fantastic entrees. We ate at Flying Fish for the first time this past December and just loved it. I had the Potato Crusted Red Snapper and it was my favorite meal of the whole trip. :)
