HELP me choose from the free Docker's hotels

I got my form to order my two free nights, thanks to the Kohls/Dockers rebate I read about here on the DIS.

Please help me with advice about which of these possibilities are closest to Disney and which might be nicer than others. I'll be traveling with DD and her friend who are both 21. THANKS.

closest - this is the Hilton in DD. You won't need a car here.

I like Embassy Suites LBV. The suites are spacious and sleep 6, the free breakfast in the A.M. is above and beyond the usual free hotel breakfast. They will make Mickey or Minnie pancakes to order even. They have a manager's reception each evening with free beer, wine, soda, smoothies and snacks. While the pool is ordinary, they have dive-in movies and the hotel is very pretty. It is close to everything as well. You can't go wrong with this one.

I agree, while I have not been to this Embassy Suites, they are fabulous. The free breakfasts are plentiful and the manager's reception is a welcome touch (I love the Embassy Suites where you can get mixed drinks/smoothies, which it sounds liek they do here). I think all the suites are 2 rooms, with a bedroom and a living room (with a pull-out couch). I think they may have two bathrooms (not sure). They also have fridges and microwaves, which are a nice touch. Truly a great hotel chain, and you get a lot of perks.

Whichever you choose, have a great trip!

The Hilton LBV is on Disney property, directly across the street from Downtown Disney Marketplace. This is as close at it gets. They offer free shuttles to the Disney theme parks, as well as the Extra Magic Hour. We have stayed at a few DTD hotels and find the location and shuttle service to be great. Embassy Suites LBV is also a nice choice because you get a larger room and free breakfast (not just donuts and coffee). While this location is not as close as the Hilton at DTD, it is a short distance from the parks.

I sent my forms in the very first day the offer was available. My hotel form arrived last Sat.8/25.

You might want to phone in and follow up. (The number is on your rebate form).

When I called they took my info and then told me "your request was processed yesterday. Your form will be mailed today." A friend who had mailed her request on a different day from me and who phoned a different day from me got the same "we did yours yesterday and will mail it out today response. Maybe that's a coincidence. Maybe, it helped to phone.

I got my hotel choice form at least 3 weeks ago. I put my hotel and date choices on it, mailed it the next day and haven't heard anything since. I guess they are supposed to call.
