Oh my word, this is one of my favorite things in WS
I get the caramel ice cream with Grand Mariner

Fife and Drum in US does show some wine in addition to the red stagg lemonade if that helps you stay on your feet...

So I did this today and picked a lot of drinks I don't normally get, thanks in part to all of your suggestions. The final roster:

Mexico - Blood Orange Margarita from La Cava
Norway - Iced Viking Coffee
China - Kung Fu Punch (F&G special)
Refreshment Outpost - Outpost Lemonade
Germany - Selbach Riesling Wine
Italy - Frozen Italian Margarita
America - Henry's Hard Orange Soda
Japan - Plum Wine
Morocco - Andalusian Nights from Spice Road Table
France - Kir Royal
UK - Black Cherry Hard Cider (F&G special)
Canada - Maple Popcorn Shake with Crown Royal (F&G special)

My only regrets were having two frozen drinks in my first six stops (I should've spread those out better) and the hard orange soda (it tasted awful ... I legit would've been better off with a Bud Light, and I don't even like beer).

My thinking was "I like normal orange soda, and I like alcohol, so combining them must be fine." It decidedly was not. I love hard lemonade, but I'm staying away from hard orange soda for the rest of my life.
