Help me, artsy people.

So...
In art class we have this really cool project where we take a tile out of the ceiling and paint it.
We pick out favorite "famous" painting and do the best we can to copy it.
It's super fun and I have looked forward to doing this since I was a little kid.
Problem is...
I can't choose which painting I want to do.
I like Warhol and Monet and many different types of paintings, but it's so hard, and I'm not very artistc, and I don't want to pick anything I'm not capable of doing.
So...
If you guys could tell me some of your favorite paintings I could look them up and see if it would be a nice asset to the ceiling.

I love the Monet ones with the bridges... Japanese Bridges I think they're called. Let me find a picture.

Or one of his Water Lilies ones.

And, of course, there's always Starry Night.

And, I LOVE this one.

Haha, I'm doing a project just like that, only we got assigned our artists. Ah, art history on parade. And we have to write a paper on our artist and then do another painting on paper.

Do Walt Disney, and find an original of Oswald the Lucky Rabbitt, as that's much more interesting than plain old Mickey. So much more to learn, because that's not as main stream.

XD I hate Monet. His paintings are too dull for me
I suggest Warhol pictures, they're pretty simple. I did his Mickey Mouse pop art using oil pastels

i really like paintings by caravaggio and other baroque painters.. theyre always on the dark side, but are fun to look at:

my fav painting is probably "the raft of medusa" by Gericault though:

but those are probably hard to do >_< haha... id just go with warhol and popart like everyone else says... its very simple and easy

I was going to post it earlier.. but I figured it would be too hard of a painting to do.

Oath of the Horatii - Jaques-Louis David
I think it looks fairly simple. The painting is crisp and clean, brushstrokes aren't visible (David didn't like them =) ).

I love Starry Night by Vincent Van Gough. It's bright and somewhat simple to paint.
