Help making decisions

We are going in June 2015.
I have six in my party, three adults and three children (ages 12,8 and 5).
I need a recommendation for my daughters birthday (we've already done CRT and Akershus).
Additionally, my husband and I will be celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. I'd like to go to California Grill or V & A (my husband is a foodie).
We've never been to either.
Any recommendations?
Also, how much is covered by the DDP?
Last time we went we had the platinum dining plan and this time we have the one with 1 TS and 1 QS and a snack each day.
This will be my mother in laws first trip and I'd like for her to have a great time.

V&A does not accept the DDP. CA Grill requires two TS credits per person dining there. At a TS location, the DDP includes an entree, a dessert, and a standard (i.e., non-specialty, non-alocholic) beverage.
