I'm trying to figure out my ADRs and I can't decide where to go for dinner on one of our days in the MK...I could conceivably do another one of them for lunch, although I was thinking of going to Columbia Harbour House for lunch.

Any strong feelings about LTT, Tony's or the Plaza? It'll just be me and DF, so no kids.

Thanks!

I would definitely choose Liberty Tree Tavern. I really like the food - dinner is like Thanksgiving...turkey, flank steak and ham, with a salad and sides of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese (I think), plus rolls. It's also a character meal with Minnie, Chip and Dale and Goofy in patriot garb.

I've only been to Tony's once. It's cute decor, but way overpriced in my opinion and the food was just so-so. Last time I walked past, in November and February, it was also swamped with people.

Thanks for the response! I think what drew me to Tony's in the first place was that it sounded like a very cute and romantic atmosphere, but if the food's not really worth it, then...

I would second LTT. The food is served family so get all you want and I think the food is very good. Throw in the characters in colonial period costumes. Only been to Tony's once so I am not sure about it. Enjoy!

We have ADR for Tony's for this coming August, so I can't comment on that.

Love LTT for lunch, and altho Plaza used to be one of our favorites, we had a very bad meal here last summer. Place was dirty, food was not up to par (the menu is simple, but even their tuna was fishy and dark for tuna salad).

We also LOVE the Columbia Harbour House. Now, there's a tuna sandwich!!!! And the upstairs is always nice and quiet - a great break from the bustle of MK.

We really like LTT and Tony's! Never been to the Plaza. We had ADR's there a few times, but always ended up cancelling. We enjoy both for dinner. :)

Thanks for all the great info! Sounds like LTT and Tony's are probably the best bet - I think I might try to fit in Tony's on a second night if we go back for P&PP (although it might be uber-crowded at that point as one of the few restaurants open!). But after all the glowing reviews of Columbia Harbour House, I feel like I can't get rid of that as one of the meals!

Everytime someone says either one is great, I want to book that one! This is impossible! :confused3 I guess I'm just going to have to eat two dinners :)

I would choose LTT for lunch instead of dinner, and do Columbia Harbor House for dinner. The character-free lunch menu at LTT is much better than the character meal dinner.

Ha! I was actually thinking of doing this exact thing - I made both lunch and dinner ADRs at LTT because I couldn't really decide if we should make it a character meal or not. I think maybe as an adult couple I'll feel silly doing a character meal?

I think I've decided to go ahead with the P&PP so I'll try and book Tony's for dinner that night and hope it's not overrun with pirates and princesses!pirate: princess:
