My (adult) daughter can't find her Disneyworld ticket. It is a 10 day, no expiration, park-hopping, water park ticket. 2 park days have been used, but it still had 8 park days and 5 water park days available. I bought it from Ticketmania in 2005 for $358. (To replace the full ticket now would be at least $427 from a reputable ticket broker.)

Fortunately I have a photocopy of the back of the ticket. Anyone know what the actual Disney replacement policy is? I know they say they won't replace tickets, but I've heard that they sometimes do.

Thanks :sad2:

Of course they replace tickets! The photocopy and an ID is typically all they need. They've replaced APs by looking up the credit card it was purchased under, too. Just take your documentation to guest relations at any park.

(If it will make you feel better, call 407-WDW-DISNEY and they'll give you the details. They may even be able to do something via mail if you aren't going for a while.)

As long as you have the photocopy you should be OK. I had four tickets that I had purchased from Disney and I lost one. The only thing that I needed to get it replaced was the other three tickets.
