Help! Lost my AP's!!

I didn't know which board to post this on so here goes. I think I've lost our annual passes (3). I can't get WDW on the phone now, I waited 20 minutes on hold then decided to try y'all. They are not where I usually keep them and I have looked every place I can think of, and still no sign of them.

My question is, does anyone know if WDW will replace them? I can give them the date purchased and last used, etc.

If anyone knows please let me know. I'm close to freaking out because we may be going back 1 last time before they expire in March.

I can't say I have done this personally, but from what I have read on these boards, if you have used your APs at all, then they can replace them for you.

Just to ease your fears a little!

A Reminder - Always photo copy the front and backs of all Disney ticket media, AP's,Park Hoppers. It will be a giant help in getting your tickets replaced should the worst happen!

Annual passes, once activated, are in the WDW computer system with your name and address. If you can produce matching IDs, they will print you new ones. You don't have to have the numbers, like with a hopper pass.

We have done this a few times when
1. I washed mine
2. I left DH's in the hotel room
3. When I went to WDW solo and I thought maybe DH had misplaced his (long story) they were kind enough to replace it for me, even though he wasn't there. Probably because we have the same address/last name.

I just went to guest services at the parks. Epcot twice.

Gillian has it right. We've replaced APs (once activated) a few times. All you need is an id and friendly guest relations.

DS washed his.
I lost mine while on Fastpass duty. (Hoped I would lose the job, but that didn't happen)

Each time we went to a Guest Relations, and the pass was replaced in a few moments. I did get a Minnie instead of my previous Mickey on front, but that's ok. DS got his at MK, I replaced mine at MGM.

I'll still check with WDW to make sure nothing has changed (I doubt it has) and to give DH confirmation that we are not out a few hundred $$.

My Mom just got back and just had to show a Driver's License to replace an Annual Pass.
