Help! Lost disney dining times

So I am in the middle of all my planning when I decide to clean up. During this process, I throw away my scratch paper with all my Disney dining information, including the Stuido 365 make-over.

Can I call Disney with just my name and retrieve this information? I think I remember the days and approximate times.

I know Disney World tracks dining by reservation, not sure about Disneyland.

Yes. Just call the Disney dining line, give them your name, and tell them you want to confirm your reservations. They can look you up in their system and read back to you whatever they have recorded.
