HELP !! lost CC & Electronic tickets

I am in orlando NOW. I do not have the credit card that I used to purchase the universal tickets 2 months ago. These tickets are all paid for, but you have to use the electronic pickup machine to get them. Everything on the universal website points to me being unable to get these tickets and use them for my trip while we are here. Our budget is tight and does not allow for us to buy more tickets while we are here.


Any suggestions? has this happened to anyone???

Do you have a confirmation #? You should got to the Guest Services window outside either park and try and get it straightened out. I would imagine there should be a paper trail with your ID. Hope all goes well for you!

No worries. Just go to the Guest Service window outside either park. They can pull up your order and print your tickets even if you don't have the confirmation number or the credit card. You must show photo ID though to get your tickets.

I have the confirmation numbers, but according to their website, no credit card, no tickets. I don't want to pack up the family and drive there today, pay the parking, get to guest services and find out I can't get in. I've tried calling universal, but their offices don't open until 9am

As Phantom said, just go to guest services. Go to the park early before it opens, and grab the tickets before the park opens. They're good about it, I've had tickets purchased for us with someone else's credit card and they were able to help. First rule of Universal: Dont panic....

Guest Services would be the key. Universal has to have alternative for picking up tickets -- credit cards expire, are stolen, are replaced due to bank fraud (as mine was) -- all these through no fault of the customer. I'm sure it will be painless to get them.

Trust me on this. You can get your tickets at the Guest service window.

The website is talking about using the electronic kiosk. You can't get them there without your CC but you can get them at Guest services.

I forgot to bring that particular CC. I had my confirmation email. They printed them out at Guest Services. Had to show ID. No problem!

Just to follow up on this, I went to the guest relations, showed some ID, and they printed the tickets without any problems.

i went to gs on the 6th to ask a question of where is the kiosk.

the employee told me i could get them from her and didn't need to do the kiosk to get my hhn and ep tixs.

she was right.
i gave her my name, showed an id and she had me sign a form and gave me the tixs

piece of cake.
