I took my AP with us to FL 1.5 months ago but didn't end up using it. Now I'm starting to get organized to head back in 11 days and I can't find it!! IF I have lost it, where do I go to get it reissued? BTW, I do have a copy of it.

TIA!!!

Oh no! I have never lost my pass, but I'm sure the folks on the Annual Passholder's line will be able to help. 1-866-PASS-4-FUN

Let us know how it goes.

Just go to the Guest Service window at either park and they will issue you a pass to get in the park. Once inside the park, you will go to Vacation Services where they will print you out a new card. They used to charge $10 for a lost AP but it is now free.

Don't worry at all. It happens all the time.

I talked with a woman (1-866-PASS-4-FUN) before I read the replies to this thread and she told me everything you did EXCEPT that it was $10 to replace it. I replied "$10!!! Are you sure?" and she said yes.

I'm going to go thru my place again to try and find it. Anyways, it's a good excuse to do a quick cleaning.

Thanks for your help!!!

Don't worry---they just changed it 2 weeks ago and stopped charging $10. She probably didn't know about the change.

It is a recent change and I suspect that the person on the phone just didn't know. As of right now, there is no charge to replace but that doesn't mean that they won't start charging again in the future.
