Okay...I've tried to e-mail Disney about this twice, but I have yet to recieve an e-mail back. 2 weeks ago, I saw VMK, and I decided I wanted to play. Well, I registered and did everything I was supposed to do. But, every time I try to log-in, it takes me to a blank, white screen. As I said before, after trying to log-in several times, I e-mailed Disney about a week ago about it. I waited up to 2 days for a reply, but still didn't hear anything from anyone. When I tried to e-mail them again, the same thing happened. I also read the help page to make sure I had all the system requirements and my firewall set right, but nothing seems to help. If this has happened to anyone else, or if someone knows how to fix this problem, please help me!
