Help logging into arcade games

I have tried everything i know to get the arcade games to come up and nothing seems to work ...ANy ideas?

are you using firefox or anything else that prevents pop-ups? That might not let the window open.

nope no blocker enabled . i have emailed the VMK staff twice about this and still no response

Do you have a firewall? I always have to turn off McAfee firewall before logging into VMK, if I want to play the arcade games.
