I see the other posts about this, but I am not computer savvy. All I see is a screen with no ability to sign in. I use internet explorer. What do I do?

I would start by clearing cookies from your computer. If that does not help, you can call MS and get assistance from Tech Support for the DVCmember.com site. Call MS and Tech Support is one of the options (#6 maybe?). There is not usually a long wait time for getting thru to support.
I had the same problem yesterday and clearing cookies fixed it easily.
