HELP! LBV Best Western....recent stays?

Hey Everyone! We recently won a trip to Disney!!! YAY! One of our hotel options is LBV Best Western. We are first timers to Disney. Would it be OK to stay there? Is it "too far" off property? We can stay an extra night for no charge through our radio win "budget!" Would you stay there as a DW first timer? How is transportation? Any help would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks!

if this is the BW on Hotel Plaza, its a htle I liked alot and it is on Disney Property....
