We are leaving Saturday morning, and I'm beginning to pack. I have never stayed at a Disney property before, so any help with the following questions would be appreciated.

Why types of toiletries are provided.. i.e. separate shampoo and conditioner, or combo type. Any kids shampoo?

Do you need to bring towels for the pool from home, or do you take the towels from the room, or are towels provided at the pool?

My inlaws will be coming to visit us at the hotel (they live in Orlando). Will they have trouble getting into the resort? Can they come with us to the pool? I doubt they will even bring suits, probably just want to watch the grandkids enjoy the pool.

As a guest of POR I thought I read we can use the pool at POFQ. Is this correct?

How is the bus service? We will have a car, but my husband would prefer to use the bus system since we usually stay off property and this isn't available to us.

Thanks for any help you all can provide. I'm very excited to be almost there!

All in one shampoo and conditioner is provided, the little hotel bottle types, plus facial soap bars and bath soap bars. If you have any special preferences to this, pack your own.

Towels are available at the pool at Ol' Man Island; however, you'll need to take your room towels with you when using other pools. You can call Housekeeping to replenish the towel supply in your room. (Yes, you should be able to pool hop to POFQ.)

In-laws should have no problems whatsover, even at the pool, unless it's overly crowded. They should just announce they're coming to visit such-and-such a guest.

I haven't stayed at this particular resort, so I don't know how the busses run there, but at all the resorts I have stayed at, the bus service ranges from fair to great, it's mostly a matter of timing. But you certainly can get wherever you want to go on property with them.

HAVE FUN!!!

We were there a couple of weeks ago and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Just remember, especially during peak hours POR and POFQ share the buses so they could be crowded.

Bus service is okay, you'll here a lot of different opinions on this. If you are pressed for time I would suggest driving, otherwise take the bus.
