Hey! I need all the help I can get on this one. I learned today that I'm freed up to go to Disney this Chirstmas, and I would have to leave in 10 days! So, how can I save some money so I can convince others to join me? Are there still any discounts available? If so, for which hotels? Thanks a ton.

This past Monday I planned a last minute trip started 12/10. I was able to book (and later cancelled) a value at AAA rate of $61.
