Help last minute additional guest

Long story short 12 days before we leave an additional person is going on our trip with us. Is there a way to add them to our reservations? Like just change our 3 people to 4 people without canceling and trying to find a 4 person reservation? We have be our guest, Cinderellas royal table (which was a pre pay) and the princess breakfast in epcot. I dont want to lose our reservations but dont want to leave the additional person out.

You can't just add another person. You need to look for ADRs for 4. Good luck. You may have to change your times, or even days, in order to get them.

Call reservations and see what they can do is the best advice I can give you. Certainly no guarantees, though. Going from 3 to 4 might make it a little easier at many restaurants, due to not requiring a change in tables. Disney will generally accommodate you if possible, but prepare yourself for either having to lose a reservation or two, or leaving a person out of a meal or two.

Most of the tables are for 4 or for 2 so going from 3 to 4 should not be a major thing.

You are going to have to call for sure. If it was any other 3 reservations but those I would say you would be fine just showing up the day of and telling them you have an additional person but those restaurants in particular you are going to have to call and have the reservations switched to 4. I agree with the other people who have posted that there should not be a problem having them add an additional person because you are going from 3 to 4.

Glad to hear it, but you didn't have to call. You can "change" a reservation on the website now. Under "My Reservations," there should be a "change" link next to each ADR.

It wasnt working due to poor cell service but the lady i talked to was great very helpful and almost as excited about the trip as my kid lol
