HELP! Kouzzina from GF

I really want to do breakfast at Kouzzina when we go to Disney in December. We're staying at the Grand Floridian. What is the best/quickest way to get from the GF for an 8am breakfast at Kouzzina and what kind travel time would I be looking at?

We plan to go to Hollywood Studios after Kouzzina - how long should I allow to get from Kouzzina to DHS and is it best to go by boat/bus/or walk?

Using Disney transport - Take the bus from GF to DHS, then walk or ride the boat. I think getting there by 8 may be a challenge; I would book a later reservation.

Quicker way- cab from GF to Boardwalk.

I would take cab (or drive our own car) from GF to Kouzzina for breakfast, then take the boat or walk to DHS from there...probably walk as boats will be very busy when you get out of breakfast.
