HELP! keeping credits straight

Ok, this is a little confusing...

Staying 1 night (2A, 2C) on Basic plan - I can handle that one.

rest of our group joins us and we have 2 rooms... Each room 2A, 1C on Deluxe plan

THen we move hotels and have 2 rooms on the Quick Service plan.

So, my question...

Will our receipts onthe Deluxe and Quick Service plan show me how many remaining Child and Adult credits I have left or do I need to take paper/pen and track that on my own?

No worries - not trying to use credits wrong, we just won't always be together and want to make sure I know how I can keep track of it all! Especially where on our "transition" day from Deluxe to Quick serve we'll be using both plans and I want to make sure i don't lose credits along the way...

each time you use the card, the receipt will tell you how many of that credit your have left...for ex, if you start with 4 snack credits & buy 1 snack, the receipt will say "3 CPN REMAINING" (for 3 coupons remaining.)

It will be tricky on your transition day...remember your deluxe credits expire at midnight on the day you switch hotels, so don't use your new KTTW cards with the QSDP credits until you've used up all your Deluxe credits.

You can go to the front desk of your resort at any time and ask for a print out. I generally do that at or near the end of the trip to make sure I'm on track. Hopefully you do realized that your credits expire on midnight of your checkout day(s), so a couple of days will overlap slightly. So on the days you are QS only, you will not have any TS credits left after midnight on the day you switch -- makes sense?

So, if we go to a table service restaurant (i.e. we have reservations at Kona)
we have 4 A and 2 Ch, but 1 child we are going to pay OOP so only useing 4A and 1Ch credits. We are in 2 rooms, 2A, 1C per room.

For Room 1 I'm using 2A, 1C credits and I have a total of 12A and 6 C credits

For Room 2 I'm using 2A and 0 C credits and I have a total of 12A and 6C

After I "pay" will my receipts be:

10A and 5 C for room 1
10A, 6C for room 2

or 15 credits remain for room 1
and 16 credits remain for room 2?

Trying to figure our how I keep it all straight so we use the cards and credits as allocated!

You'll have to do some tracking on your own. Basic DDP TS credits are broken down adult/child, but CS credits on QSDP or DDP and meal credits on DxDP aren't, likely because of the problem associated with a subset of CS locations not having a separate child menu.

We should be good on the overlap, my last tableservice reservation is dinner on the night we switch hotels! THe CM's were good at explaining that part too me as I made my reservations! Only 1 month until we go!!

The TS will said 10A and 5C TS credits list (they will not combine the TS credits with adult and childrens, they will always stay separated).

One of our trips we didn't use all of our TS credits for the kids and on the last day our print out showed 0TS credits for adults and 2TS credits for children, so we went to breakfast and the kids meals were covered and we paid OOP for the adults.

Here is a pic of the receipts you will receive after a TS or CS meal.

Notice at the bottom of the TS ticket from LeCellier it says "10 AD TBLSVC CPN REM" and at the bottom of the CS ticket from Flame Tree Barbecue it says "17 CNTR SVC CPNS REM". They keep track of it for you and your receipt can have one ticket that is for multiple uses (LeCellier is for 5 TS credits) or a single use like the one at Flame Tree BBQ. They really make it easy for you to keep track.

You'll have to forgive the writing on the tickets. When we returned three weeks ago, I wanted to compare the DP cost vs what it would have been if paying cash or using TIW so I could post it in my TR.
