Help...Is Biergarten and Marrakesh entertainment better at dinner?

Hi,

How often does the "show" at biergarten start.....is it continuous all day on say....the half hour?????

Also Marrakesh....Belly dancing...is this all day...and I was going to bring DD 8..will she be bored?
Is the entertainment different at lunch vs dinner?

I can only speak to the Marrakesh entertainment. The dancer is a professional. The music is live. No matter what time you go. When the dancer is not performing, the music is lovely but may seem dull to an 8 year old.

When the dancer is performing, she's wonderful to watch. She invites kids to the stage to dance, too. I think your daughter would enjoy it.

Enjoyed both, so I'd go for the food or if you have more interest in one country than another. At Biergarten you sit at a table with other people (tables hold 8-10 I believe). At Marrakesh you'll have your own table. Marrakesh was one of our favorites until we discovered a more authentic version in Jax, complete with belly dancer. Only for that reason would we head to Biergarten. Go to allears to read the menus.

We've done both & we prefered the food & entertainment at Biergarten. The band at Biergarten has fun interactions with the crowd & kids usually go dance on the dance floor. It's a "can't miss" for us! Marrakesh's dancer was okay, but (to us) she was just a belly dancer. We also like Middle Eastern-style food a lot, but there are already several great places where we live.

We had a late lunch last year at Marakesh, and there was no dancer. The kids (7 & 8) were not impressed with it. I think they might have been more interested had the dancer been there as they did watch part of her show at the F&WF...

We do the Beirgarten just about every trip. My oldest loves the band, and dances way more than he eats while we are there!
