help ipod touch

ok my ipod touch screen is white and it won't do anything and idk how to fix it.if ya know how to fix it plz im beging you for help. it has been like that for two days.

That happened to me too.
Hold the on/off button and the home button at the same time.
It worked for me.
I called apple, and it was a recording, but it helped a lot.
Try it.

I agree. Hold the power button and the home button at the same time. Whether or not it works, after you try that plug it into your computer and then click the "restore to original settings" button. It will take an hour or two to complete but it will resolve all the problems that are there that dont have to be treated by the apple repair shop. Good Luck!
