HELP!!! In serious need of Itinerary Help???

Hey everybody,
Just wondering if anyone has some daily itineraries that they could post??? I don't know what is wrong with me, this is never a problem, but I am having trouble getting daily itineraries together. My husband and I are disney pro's and I do the planning every year, however, this is the first year with our two year old son and I just cannot get my stuff together, very overwhelmed....I am working in character breakfasts, lunches, dinners and shows and I am stuck....Help me!!! If anyone can post their itineraries for me that would be great, maybe get me off to a start, you know. Thanks guys.....

When are you going and for how long?

We are going August 28-Sept.4 for 7 nights 8 days......got 7 day hopper passes.

We are only going for 6 nights but here is mine:

Sunday - Epcot
Monday - MGM
Tuesday - Epcot and then MVMCP at MK
Wednesday - relaxing
Thursday - MK
Friday - AK
Saturday - MGM

Tell us about your son, will he need naps, are you power people or more mellow meandering people? Do you want to take advantage of EMH? Are you planning any plusses? (water parks, DTD, Mini golf, DQ, etc?)

If you have a two year old you have to think about bedtimes and naptimes, when he gets tired.

i like to keep moving for sure, however, this year i am wanting to definately take advantage of EMH and after having lunch head back to the hotel to rest and swim and then head back to the parks in the evenings......my problem is should we go back to the same park or go to a different park in the evenings???
