Help...I'm new here and don't know where to start!!!

I have just found this board through someone who posts on another board that I post on and there is sooooo much information that I don't know where to start! I have been to the newbie forum but don't know where to go from there so I came here!

I have never been to Disney but I plan go go this summer with my dd, 2 dn, and dn. Any advice would be helpful!

If you're planning your first WDW trip, you'll find lots of great trip planning information here on the DISboards!

The Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies board is the place to learn about the different parks, rides, tickets, and such.

The Resorts board will help you learn about the onsite hotels.

The Orlando Hotels & Attractions board is the place to go for info on hotels and stuff going on outside the WDW property.

Those are the places I would start! Enjoy- you'll find lots of great information and helpful people here.

Also visit THE BUDGET BOARD because you'll find some wonderful tips on how to save for your vacation.

Also visit www.mousesavers.com to learn some more wonderful info and visit www.allearsnet.com and click on the dining link to get a veiw of the menus. That will help you budget dining into your trip.

just kinda jump in with both feet!!! I was a newbie here just last year, and everyone is so nice and helpful. I can't begin to name all the great information I have found on these boards. You just need to hang around lots of different areas and you will be shocked at what an expert you will become!!

Main board menu And then on that page, make sure to stop by the Welcome board near the top, the Tech board, near the bottom if you get stuck, and the many great and helpful boards in between, some listed above. Also, in the links at the top of the Main page, check out the DIS Home page, lots of great info there, along with a site map. You will also find there somewhere, a DIS links section that has links to many other wonderful sites on the Net, some mentioned above.

And if you hang around here on the Community Board (a great one it is) and check in once in awhile (so easy to forget though) the Meet board, you will find out when we are having DIS meets and when the next one will be here in the Chicago area (I see you are in Illinois ). Would love to meet you and everyone.
