Help...I'm confused about non-hopper passes

Our trip is 3 days away and my mind is going blank.

If we do a water park by day, we can still enter a theme park in the evening, right?? For example, Blizzard Beach by day, Epcot at night.

We have 5+3 non-hopper tickets.

Why am I so confused
