Help, I'm bored!!!

Yesterday I hit the 60lb weight loss mark-35 since joining WISH- (yay) and on Friday, my MIL treated me to a new fall wardrobe so I can teach w/o my pants falling down to my ankles. I should be psyched right? Nope. I'm bored with the food, most of it turning my stomach on occasion. I never want to see another egg again! I'm also feeling a little discouraged that it took me 7mo to loose 60 lbs and I still have about 60 to go. Most of the weight came off easily, but I was stalled on the same 5lbs for all of July and August. I also don't have the engery that I had at the beginning of the diet when I finally got all those carbs out of my system. I'm not normally feeling so down, it just kind of hit me today. Most of the time I feel great about the weight loss and I can't wait to show of my new clothes at work since they actually fit and I won't have "droopy butt" anymore. Anyway, thanks for listening.

Way to go on your loss of 60 lbs. That is phenominal! ::yes::

You will feel so much better going to work in those smaller clothes and I am sure you will get tons of compliments that will reinvigorate you.

Maybe you just need to change a couple foods to give yourself more variety.

Don't eat eggs if you are tired of them. I eat leftovers from supper for breakfast usually. I've had shrimp scampi and pork chops and lobster...don't confine yourself to traditional breakfast foods for breakfast.

Have you tried the mock danish? Beach girls cheesecake? Both are excellent for breakfast.

HEY! You are a WISH success and on your way to goal. Don't get board now, you're halfway there.

I've been on Atkins for about 3 months now, and I've lost 30 pounds. I, too, have been discouraged for the last 3-4 days, feeling good about my loss, but discouraged about having to lose 30 MORE! I just wanted to give up.

But then I realized...I had stopped taking my vitamins/supplements regularly! They really do add to my energy level and help me make it through the day. I'm a teacher too and I teach 5 different preps a day! It's llloooonnnggg!

So, if you're not taking any vitamins...check into it!

You know i think we all get bored with the food!I really think that is pretty normal ! Dont Get down on your self,Look at all the good you have done LOST 60 Pounds,I take my vitiams and supplements each day and yes that gets old 2:o I wish someone would pony up for me some new threads:earseek: Keep your chin up i know its hard but YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLay Games with your foods I never new hot sauce would go on eggs,lol thats another story,And what ever you do if you see mum4jenn dont tell her you want some green eggs and ham.Becarefull what you wish for lol,Those eggs sure were green.yuck!!!!! Onward and downward!and no:yo-yo: diets
 
Thanks for the words of encouragement!!!! I am going to try the vitamins, I have them, I just keep forgetting to take them. I am also going to try out the low carb recipes...I can't believe I haven't thought to use them before. Onward and downward, right??
