Be careful with the carrots -- they are very high in sugar and could spike off some more cravings for you. You might want to limit the carrots and eat more cucumbers, celery, mushrooms,Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pepper Strips,etc. And for dip try fat free plain yogurt mixed with Hidden Valley Ranch powdered dip mix. 1/2 cup would equal 1/2 serving of milk.
