HELP! I'm a nibbler!!

I need suggestions for low calorie nibbles. I know carrots are good....but not without dip!!!
Help....I need suggestions because I am my own worst enemy!!!

I pop a piece of sugarless gum in my mouth when I get the nibbling urge.
 
Be careful with the carrots -- they are very high in sugar and could spike off some more cravings for you. You might want to limit the carrots and eat more cucumbers, celery, mushrooms,Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pepper Strips,etc. And for dip try fat free plain yogurt mixed with Hidden Valley Ranch powdered dip mix. 1/2 cup would equal 1/2 serving of milk.
 
Some of the things WW recommends are setting a timer for 15 minutes; if you still have the urge to nibble after the timer goes off, grab something sensible, but the urge may pass during that time.

Have something to drink -- water, tea, diet soda, etc. The "full" feeling can help keep you from nibbling.

Fat free saltines give a good crunch, and are not too bad, if all else fails. ;)
 

Another suggestion is to paint your fingernails and while they are drying maybe the craving will pass!

One of my favorite snacks is to fill a little dish with 16 Jr. Mints and I snack on them throughout the day. Okay sometimes they are all gone in a matter of minutes but on a really good day I can stretch it out for hours! On WW they are 3 points for 16.
 
If I am looking for a nibble without the guilt I go for steamed veggies, Crab Delites, pickles or no-fat Pringles.

I enjoy pretezls w/ salda for dipping. Carrotts w/ff ranch for dipping. Skinny cow ice cream. Serbret is yummy too. Also I like ff pringles wow chips and sf snack bars are all yummy's for snacks. Then fruit of course.
 
Most brands of 94% fat free and/or light microwave popcorn are 3 points for the entire bag!!! And it's really good, especially with a few sprays of the spray butter.
 
WOW, these are all great tips!!! :) Good luck with your nibbling habit. We have a big container of cashews that constantly calls my name, but I just stick my tongue out at them and walk by... ;)
