the best for her was in the rainforest. i dont like any kind of fish but i tasted it and it was so good.

i just hope i dont end up eating steak all the time. i will have to have pizza in cafe mickey and i have to have the steak at the silver spur. i will have to try different options in the other restaraunts. i wouldnt like to eat the same thing all the time

are you going to go to walts. i really want to eat there but they seem to have cut down on the menu a lot.

I'm worried Robert will eat steak everywhere.... He loves it though, so it wouldn't be so bad!

I've wanted to try Walts for so long, but looking at the menu I'm not sure we could go.... I don't think Robert would like much!

i dont understand why they got rid of the burger. just like they got rid of the slipper. even in the auberge the slipper isnt the same its just a tiny thing now. i am in between thinking ash would like to watch the parade from the window or she would want to get up and go outside to see it

i think my mom would eat the chicken but i just wish it had more consistent good reviews.

I don't understand why they'd get rid of things like that! I mean, the slipper alone is a classic signature dish that everyone asks about....

I just wish we could eat there.... It looked so amazing a couple of years ago, but the food presentation looks to have gone downhill and the desserts don't look as exciting anymore...

I really hope not....! Tbh, thats one of the things that puts me off half board vouchers.... Whenever I've looked the menus it looks like they're all fairly similar... Ceasar Salad seems to be everywhere, as does Steak Bernaise. Thats just me though, I'm sure for people who aren't as fussy as me it would be fine!

Where would you eat if it was just up to you?? I asked Robert this the other night and I was amazed at some of the places he said!

The Steakhouse is AMAZING! The food we had there was brilliant... Service was slow, but it was very busy!

We had a couple of places the same, but he said that Beaver Creek Tavern in the SL sounded really good, and he also said he wanted to try King Ludwigs.... It just surprised me as he's never shown any interest in either of those places before!

If you don't go with the set menu and just choose what you want do they just let you keep any unused vouchers which you could then put towards a meal on the day when you don't have vouchers?

I'm afraid I'm not all that clued up on HB vouchers... Hmmmm..... Maybe start another thread to ask?? I'm sure someone on here will know!

With the vouchers you can use them for face value against the total of the your meal if you dont have the set menu or you could just use them on another meal. The vouchers only have the dates of your stay, they arent dated for each day so they are flexible to use however you wish... if that helps.

i would say it depends on your dd. if you think she would still be into it or if you like the food then go for it. i am jealous i am dying to go to the auberge lol.

you will have a great time in cafe mickey. its always great fun. we always go at lunch time as its quieter then.

so jealous about inventions too. great choices.

This will probably be our last trip for a while too- We were hoping to go back next autumn for a delayed honeymoon, but the way money is going at the minute I doubt we'll be able to afford it...
