Hi everyone! I feel like a total idiot. Plus, Pam is SO NICE and I feel like I am a completely annoying bridezilla to her right now (not that she would ever make me feel that way, I just do.)
Anyway, we filled out our room block and she said (and the Wishbook says) that your minimum is based on your number of guests 10-40 guests you have to have 25 nights, 41-60 you have to have 50 nights, etc... So we put what we 'thought' would maybe happen since we were told not to worry because it was just an estimate. We will have around 40 guests, and estimated about 77 room nights. We have 4 hotels so we spread them out among the 4.
We just looked over the contract and noticed the policy and went YIKES!!! I emailed Pam and she said we can fix it and it's ok, but how did I mess this up
I never knew it was really a serious thing when you estimated your block. So now I have to change it all. How did everyone guess how many rooms to block?? She said if we don't block enough and people need more they can get the discount, but only if there is availability. I don't want to risk telling my guests they get a discount and then WDW telling them no. Thanks for letting me vent!!! I'm such a moron!!
